Dominic Harper
Dominic's background is in Java and cloud engineering, built on classified systems work for Department of Defense clients before moving into federal health IT. On a CMS initiative to build dental claims processing, he worked alongside Andy on the pricing arm — the team responsible for getting payment logic right where legacy and modern systems met.
At Quadratic Digital he owns development practices and technical governance — the standards, review discipline, and engineering conventions that determine whether code written today can be maintained by someone else in five years. He holds a degree in computer science, and builds games independently, which is a useful counterweight to enterprise engineering: nothing exposes weak architecture faster than real-time constraints and a hard ship date.
