Jordan Henning

Jordan spent seventeen years in federal service at the Social Security Administration, nearly a decade of it leading IT delivery. As a GS-14 branch chief he set IT governance, policy, and standards for a 340-technician field operation supporting 170 hearings offices nationwide at 99.9% availability. Earlier, as an IT project manager, he led delivery of more than $200M in IT projects across matrixed teams.

He builds multi-agent AI systems hands-on, with the same posture he applies to everything else: role separation, independent review, and verification gates that will not call a run complete without passing-test evidence. He designed Quadratic Digital's RFP response system, which compresses a forty-hour federal proposal cycle into roughly two hours of human review — grounded retrieval, compliance guardrails, and hard evaluation gates.

Jordan holds an MBA and a degree in computer information systems, and is an AWS Certified AI Practitioner. He served eight years in the U.S. Army with the 101st Airborne, including a combat tour in Iraq.
