Aaron Hoke

Aaron spent more than twenty-five years at National Acceptance Company, becoming an owner within a few years of joining and ultimately serving as its president. He built and ran a payments and recurring-billing operation serving membership and dues-based organizations — the merchants larger processors underserve. That is operating experience of a particular kind: owning the revenue rather than reporting on it.

Over that span the business went through processor changes, software procurements, and platform conversions — the kind where a recurring-billing book has to survive the move intact, because the failure mode is not an outage, it is a member whose dues quietly stop being collected. He also oversaw development of the original InfinitiOne door access system, taking a product from requirement to working hardware in the field.

At Quadratic Digital he leads revenue for the payments business, Quadratic Financial, and brings something the rest of the team does not: he has been the client. He has bought the software, run the conversion, and lived with the result.
